Founded in August 2023 by co-founders Erick Riungu & Ruth Nganga Billys was to provide a solution to over 230 dairy goat farmers in Tharaka Nithi county, Kenya who experienced inadequate access to market for their milk, they had over 80% post-harvest losses, Billys has over time ensured consistent milk offtake providing increased incomes for the small holder farmers, climate adaptation farming systems, improved breeds & goat milk yields by 40%.

Billys has since grown to over 609 farmers as of March 2025 expanded collection areas in two counties Tharaka Nithi & Embu counties and is anticipated grow impact to over 6,000 rural small holder female dairy goat farmers with 3,000 being youth by July 2026.

Billys UHT long life whole goat milk is available in major retailers such as Chandarana, Cleanshelf, Naivas, Quickmart & Woolmart branches in Kenya.
